Our introductory call will cover your travel needs, including destination, timeframe, group size, budget, preferences, and interests. This ensures every trip is perfectly tailored. After the call, we request a fee to secure our services, reflecting the extensive upfront work we do in crafting your itinerary.
With the fee collected, we collaborate with our destination partners to create a detailed proposal, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. Your feedback is crucial during this stage, and we’ll refine the proposal based on your input.
Once we've finalized the itinerary, we'll kindly request a deposit and start confirming all arrangements. Depending on your planning timeline, there may be a period of time where you don't hear from us, but please rest assured that we're working diligently on your trip.
Around 60 days before departure, we’ll ask for the final payment. We can discuss dining reservations at this point (additional fees may apply). After final payment, we coordinate all final details with our partners. Your final itinerary, including confirmations and essential information, will be provided 1-2 weeks before departure, along with a pre-departure call.
We are available to assist with any needs during your trip. If applicable, we will also provide in-country partner contacts for quick resolution of any issues. We support you every step of the way!
