With more than 25 years of experience designing world class events, brand launches, and incentive travel programs, Krista Coan brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and global insight to her role as a luxury travel advisor. Throughout her career, she has built trusted relationships with leading hotels, destination partners, and cultural institutions around the world.
Today, Krista channels that expertise into thoughtfully curated travel experiences tailored to each client. From luxury escapes and family adventures to immersive cultural journeys and corporate retreats, she creates seamless, personalized itineraries designed to inspire and leave a lasting impression.

Dianne Agro, Operations Director
With a background spanning social work and executive level administration, Dianne brings a calm, thoughtful presence and exceptional organization to her role as Operations Director.
She began her career in social work, building a strong foundation in communication, problem solving, and a deeply people centered approach to service. Those qualities continue to shape the way she supports both our team and our clients.
Dianne then spent 15 years as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of the International Auto Show, where she became known for her discretion, professionalism, and remarkable attention to detail while managing complex operations.
Outside of work, Dianne is a proud mother of three and a devoted dog lover. The same dependability, care, and steady presence she brings to her family are reflected in the seamless, personalized experience she helps create for every client.
